By using BetPal, you agree to these terms. BetPal is a tool that automates betting on the Kalshi prediction market platform.

Use of Service

You are responsible for all bets placed through your account. BetPal executes orders based on your configured scenarios. We are not responsible for market losses.

Subscription

BetPal requires a monthly subscription. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current period.

Prohibited Use

You may not use BetPal in violation of Kalshi's terms of service or applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

BetPal is provided "as is". We are not liable for any losses arising from automated bets placed by our service.
